Because lately you've been wondering where she went.
Can I ask you something?
Can you honestly carve out thirty minutes a day for yourself for the next seven days?
Not three hours. Not an entire weekend. Not a retreat in the mountains. Just thirty minutes.
Because most women can find thirty minutes for everyone else without hesitation. We find time to help, support, solve, fix, answer, drive, schedule, organize, and care for the people we love.
Yet when it comes to ourselves, thirty minutes somehow feels selfish.
It isn't.
If everyone else in your life deserves thirty minutes of your time, attention, and care, then surely you do too.
Over the next seven days, I will gently guide you through a process of returning to yourself.
Each day includes a short teaching, a powerful Askfirmation™, a Tiny Act of Remembrance, a journal prompt, a Holy Pause practice, and a Mystic Rebel Whisper designed to help you go a little deeper.
Nothing inside this experience is complicated.
In fact, that's the point.
Most women don't need more information. They don't need another overwhelming program that becomes one more thing on the to-do list. What they need is space to breathe, reflect, listen, and reconnect with themselves.
The entire experience takes approximately thirty minutes each day and is designed to fit into your life, not take it over.
Over seven days, we'll explore seven simple invitations:
Pause. Breathe. Notice. Release. Receive. Reconnect. Return.
Each day gently builds upon the last, helping you slow down long enough to hear yourself again.
Not the voice of obligation.
Not the voice of expectation.
Your voice.
The one that has been there all along.
Most conversations about burnout focus entirely on exhaustion.
While physical exhaustion is certainly part of the story, it is rarely the whole story.
Physical burnout can leave you feeling tired no matter how much sleep you get. Mental burnout can leave you overthinking everything while forgetting why you walked into the room. Emotional burnout can make you feel overwhelmed, detached, resentful, or like you simply have nothing left to give. Spiritual burnout often feels like a disconnect from your intuition, your joy, your purpose, and even from yourself.
This is why I teach the Four Layers of Burnout: Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual.
Because you are not just a body.
You are a whole human being.
And every layer deserves attention, compassion, and care.
Maybe you're exhausted before the day even begins.
Maybe you've become so accustomed to carrying everyone else's needs that you've forgotten what you need.
Maybe your mind never shuts off. Maybe you've done plenty of personal development work and still feel disconnected from yourself. Maybe life looks perfectly fine from the outside, but underneath it all, you feel like you're going through the motions.
You show up.
You handle things.
You keep moving.
But you miss yourself.
If that's true, I want you to know you're not alone.
And more importantly, I want you to know that she isn't gone.
I am not going to promise that your entire life will transform in a week.
The laundry will still be there. Your responsibilities won't magically disappear. The people you love will still need you.
What I am suggesting is something far more realistic.
Imagine feeling a little lighter.
A little calmer.
A little clearer.
Imagine hearing your own voice again beneath the noise. Imagine remembering what brings you joy. Imagine trusting yourself a little more than you do today.
Not because your life changed overnight.
Because you stopped abandoning yourself.
Because you remembered yourself.
I don't believe you're broken.
In fact, I suspect you've become incredibly good at doing exactly what you've been doing for years. You've become the woman people count on. The woman who shows up. The woman who carries more than her share because that's what caring women do.
The problem isn't that you've failed. The problem is that somewhere along the way, while taking care of everyone else, you stopped taking care of yourself.
Not intentionally.
Life happened. People needed you. There were children, parents, partners, careers, responsibilities, and unexpected challenges. And because you love deeply, you kept showing up. You kept giving. You kept telling yourself you'd get back to your own needs later.
But later has a way of becoming years.
Before you realize it, you've become disconnected from the woman beneath all the roles you've been playing. Not because she's gone, but because she's been waiting patiently for your attention.
That is what this seven-day journey is about.
Not becoming someone new. Not fixing yourself. Not reinventing yourself.
It's about remembering her.
The woman who still has dreams. The woman who still has desires. The woman who still matters.
For thirty minutes a day over the next seven days, we'll begin creating evidence that she is still there and that it's not too late to choose yourself again.
Because Reclaim Her isn't really about seven days.
It's about coming home to yourself.
And I would be honored to walk beside you while you do.
